Mean Period of Payment to Suppliers

The entry into force of Law 31/2014, of 3 December, which amends Law 15/2010, of 5 July, which in turn amends Law 3/2004, of 29 December, establishing measures to combat late payment in commercial transactions, establishes the obligation for commercial companies to publish their average payment period to suppliers in the annual accounts report and on their website. In relation to this information obligation, as of December 31, 2017, the average payment period to suppliers of Derichebourg Spain is as follows:
